Poor communication and appointment system

I find it really hard to get appointments. I had been trying for over a week so I went down at 8:35 to queue up and they told me there were no appointments. The communication from them is also poor. I had a prescription ready for around a week but nobody told me it had been sent to the pharmacy at all.
